Will this fit my bike? Our rims are compatible with the following brands and models:

Are the rims approved for road use? No. Our rims do not have an expert report and therefore no road approval. We are trying to obtain an expert report in the near future.
Do the rims come fully assembled? Yes — you receive a complete set including rim, spokes, nipples, and spacers. Everything you need is included.
🎨 CONFIGURATION
How does the configurator work? It's simple — choose your mode (Basic Black, Single Color, 50/50 or Fade), set your colors for rim, hub, spokes, nipples, and logo, and see the result live in the 3D Viewer. If you're happy, just add it to your cart and order!
Can I have any color? For anodized, you have 15 colors to choose from. For paint, you have 20 colors including neon colors — and additionally, you can choose your own shade via the Custom Color Picker. We will then confirm if the color can be produced.
What is the difference between the modes?
- Basic Black — Black rim, you choose hub and nipples — starting from 749.99€
- Single Color — Everything in one color, components separated — starting from 799.99€
- 50/50 — Two colors, sharply divided — starting from 899.99€
- 50/50 Fade — Two colors with a soft gradient — starting from 949.99€
Can I have my own logo? Yes! Select "Custom Logo" in the configurator and send us your logo or desired name to info@blazewheelz.com — we'll take care of the rest.
📦 ORDER & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take? Since each set is custom-made for you, it takes a little longer than with stock items. Expect 2–4 weeks from order to delivery. We will keep you updated! If an item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped on the day of the order.
Can I make changes after placing the order? Write to us as soon as possible at info@blazewheelz.com — as long as production has not started, we can still make changes.
Where do you deliver? We currently deliver to all EU countries!
How is the package delivered? Your rims are carefully packaged — with bubble wrap and a personal thank you card. Each set is checked by us before shipping.
💳 PAYMENT
What payment methods are available? We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Apple Pay and many more.
Is my payment secure? Yes — we use Shopify Checkout with SSL encryption. Your data is safe with us.
🔄 RETURNS & WARRANTY
Can I cancel my order? Since our rims are custom-made according to your configuration, the right of withdrawal is generally excluded (§18 FAGG). You can find more information in our cancellation policy.
What if the rims don't fit? Write to us immediately at info@blazewheelz.com — we will find a solution together. Please check your bike in the compatibility list before ordering or ask us in advance.
Is there a warranty? Yes — we stand behind our quality. In case of material defects or production flaws, we will, of course, replace them. Just write to us.
