Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email):

⚠️ Important Note: Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products

According to § 18 para. 1 Z 3 FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are:

  • not prefabricated, and
  • for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
  • clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Our BLAZE rims are custom-made according to your configuration (color choice of rim, hub, spokes, nipples, logo, etc.) using our 3D configurator.

For this reason, the right of withdrawal is generally excluded for orders placed via our configurator.

We explicitly and separately draw your attention to this before you complete your order in the ordering process.

Consequences of Withdrawal (if applicable)

Should a right of withdrawal exist in exceptional cases, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
